XJW-150 Cold feed rubber extruder, foam tube extrusion machine, foam rubber sheet extruder, rubber extruder

Machine Usage:
This cold feed rubber extruder is specially designed for extrusion of half finished surface smooth foam tube and foam sheet.

Machine Introduction:

a. Screw
Material: 38CrMoALA, the roller surface is with nitriding treatment, hardness≥HRC62, depth of hardened layer≥0.55mm.

b. Machine Barrel
Machine barrel adopts welding structure with tempering treatment.

c. Bushing Liner

Material: 38CrMoALA, the roller surface is with nitriding treatment, hardness≥HRC66, depth of hardened layer≥0.55mm

d. Feeding Roller
Material: 38CrMoALA, the roller surface is with nitriding treatment, hardness≥HRC62, depth of hardened layer≥0.5mm
Feeding roller can be passed with recycled water inside and can also be connected with rotary joints.

The feed rollers can be vortically opened and be adopted the most advanced, fully closed structure with the salient features of no rubber leakage.

The gears of feeding roller adopts 20CrMoTi material with nitriding treatment with the nitriding depth of 1.5mm.  

Feeding roller is driven through speed ratio gears. The speed ratio gears is with sufficient strength and anti-wear feature.
Speed ratio gears and feeding roller bearings both adopt grease lubrication.

1. Delivery time of the rubber machines? 
Normally it needs about 25 days to 3 months according to the ordered machines' size and quantity.

2. What does your factory do regarding quality control?

We have the most professional engineer team to design the correct machines at the beginning, equip with the most advanced processing device to process the machine parts during the production period and finally arrange the most experienced assembly workers to assemble and check the final machines to 100% guarantee the superior quality and stable performance of each machine.

3. How long is your machines' warranty period? 
The warranty period for our machines is one year from the day of normal working at the user plant.

4. Are you able to give installation and commissioning overseas? How long time will it take?
Yes, we can supply overseas service and technical support at the user plant with the charge of the required cost.
Small machines normally takes within 1~3 days.
Large machines normally takes about 30 days.


5. How can we go to your side for a factory visit?  
We are located in Qingdao City, Shandong province, China. The nearest airport is Qingdao liuting airport.
